Refund Policy

At Evergreen Designs, every service is tailored specifically to each client and project via a contract. Because of the time, preparation, and expertise involved in design work, all completed services, consultations, and digital deliverables are non-refundable. Please review your proposal or contract for all information on payments.

However, your satisfaction matters. If you have concerns about the quality or accuracy of any deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can review your feedback and make reasonable adjustments when appropriate.

Deposits & Retainer Fees

All deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources dedicated exclusively to your project.
If a project is paused or delayed by the client, previously paid fees may be applied to future work at the designer’s discretion.

Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you need to cancel before any design work has started, please notify us in writing. In this case, any refundable portion of your payment (if applicable) will be determined based on the specific service purchased and whether work or scheduling has already taken place.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, design boards, drawings, templates, and virtual design services are final sale due to their instant-access nature. All designs and renderings are the property of Evergreen Designs, LLC.

Revisions

Revisions included in your service will be clearly outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond what is included will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
