Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy Booking Policy • All design consultations and project meetings must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly. • A non-refundable booking fee (applied toward your final invoice) may be required to secure your appointment. This fee ensures your dedicated time slot and allows our team to prepare project-specific materials. • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with date, time, and any preparation instructions. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. To respect the time and preparation that goes into each design session: • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more in advance will not incur additional charges. Your booking fee remains non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment once. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service fee. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in limited future booking privileges. Waitlist Policy If your desired appointment time is not available: • You may add yourself to our waitlist through our online scheduler. • When a time slot opens, waitlisted clients are notified in order of request. • Openings are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not confirm the available time within the specified window (typically 2–4 hours), the slot will be offered to the next person on the list. • Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, but we do our best to accommodate all requests. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments run on time. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show. Design Project Scheduling For ongoing or long-term interior design projects: • Project start dates and timelines are scheduled based on availability, scope, and receipt of any required deposits or signed agreements. • Delays in providing necessary materials, approvals, or payments may impact scheduled timelines.
